What can I say other than this wasn't my cup of tea . The romance was very minimal and the suspense was very lacking . I felt absolute boredom . Everything was predictable and very very lacking . I feel like this story just shouldn't have been classified a romance because it really wasn't . It just had potential to be good ,really not everyone can write a good suspense thriller but if done properly I could enjoyed it a little. I can only say I liked the heroine ,everything else was basically milk water .

Be My Baby Lite (Baby Series Lite #3) by Andrea Smith

This was good ,I still loved the second book more but I really adored the strength of their love .Realistically things happen in a relationship/marriage and its really hard to pick the pieces to continue .This was portrayed in that way ultimately you just have to decide whether to love that you share and your family is worth it . The underlining depression was very well done . I understood so many of her dumb choices (Even though I wanted to strangle the hell outta her! ) I realized her depression was fueling her bad choices and I'm glad she saw that too even though it took her marriage nearly ending. 


I wish some things could have been explained to me more like I wanted Amber to ger hers in badass sorta way . With how mature Tyler has gotten, a proper ass whooping would have been great. I wished the situation with Tristan and Gina would have been shown rather than told , maybe I will get that in the 3.5 (hopefully !! ) .


Otherwise this was good and I'm sad to see this series go . Has one of the more harsher persons that critiqued the original book (the first one , I could not read the others). I am very pleased to see that I enjoy the lite version. This packed enough punch to keep me interested and wasn't so packed (like the first one) to keep me interested to continue.

I loooved this boook !!!!! Can I say that again .... I love love the hell outta this book . It exceeded my expectations, Tyler was puuurfect. You can tell being a mother has really changed her ,and its definitely for the better . She was a lion ,I only kinda wished she got to kick her aunt's ass . But the story got so many twist and turns . Andrea made me feel so sorry for the bad guys, I really couldn't fathom how I from despising her Aunt to actually feeling so emotionally sad for her .Cudos to you Andrea ,I really love this one (YES I know I said that like 2 times already ,Sue me I'm in love).


The relationship between the MCs were so on point ,they had their good days and their bad days.Which is what love is really all about ,they always and I mean always make up after their argument ,they don't let it fester unless it's really bad. Gina did a shitty move and my feelings for her have kinda taken a down turn . I felt she was a better person than that and I really couldn't blame Trey for being upset with Tyler .It's his brother and Gina is her best friend but I really couldn't live with the guilt of Tristan not knowing the truth. And regardless he is her family by marriage so I think she should have at least told Trey so they could have worked out a solution to help . But Gina girl ,you completely ,utterly messed up .

I must say this Arc was left on a little cliffhanger with an awesome bonus chapter which shows the psychotics of Tyler's family.It's absolutely sickening and the resolution was just IMO but I would the mother of Matthew to get hers soon.

Really this story was exactly what I needed .I thank the author for giving this ARC . You did a great job Andrea :)
I really really can't wait on 3 and 3.5 .Please Hurry !!!!

Maybe Baby Lite (Baby Series Lite, #1) by Andrea Smith

The Positive 
This was so much lighter in terms of the angst and the emotions portrayed . I didn't hate the heroine like in the first copy , I could actually understand some of her emotions . Which in turn made me sympathize with how she acted. I could understand some of the decisions that she has made .

The Negative 
I'm not sure of the direction of this plot , for instance is this an Erotica, Bdsm , or just plain vanilla sex ? I couldn't understand why the hero was Alpha in one moment and then just plain bleh the next . I'm really confused about that. I feel like that could be tightened , their needs to be clear ideas of the characters . that just wasn't their for me which left me feeling meh .I appreciated that the hero and the best friend didn't like each other, in so many of these books the best friend instantly loves the hero and convinces the her friend to be with him . It wasn't so in this and that was a refreshing change .


This wasn't great for me but it was still so much better than the last one . I really see the hard work the author has put in and for that I am very proud.

Wow this was some angst .I'm not the type to enjoy so much sadistic tendies and I can't understand the need for control yet [ you hotwife your sub as a dom ?? Doesn't that go against your Dom tendencies ? I was quite confused by that act really . (the hero didn't do that , his fellow doms do which doesn't make sense to me ) This is my biggest problem with these BDSM books . They all like to paint a picture and most of the pictures don't add up .


I must say the heroine was much better and I applaud her for being so strong . She went through a whole lot that I can't even process or talk about .Her whole life was a complete shit storm .

I had some problems with the hero ,his big sercret was not so big. I can understand the guilt but really the big reveal was snooze worthy for me .Atleast it was something different from the tortured hero with their very disturbing abusive pasts.He was milk water to me , he could never really [ protect his wife from the multiple threats . That was dissapointing ,he just did not come alive in this for me . That's a very sad fact!


I love Sawyer ,You rock man !! Second best character .You hold the fort and you do what you gotta do for the people you love. I'm really proud.

4 stars for this book.
Just have to finish the series ,need to know what happens next overall .

Complete Me by (Stark Trilogy #3) by J.Kenner

This was much better than the second one which IMO was all over the place. I connected more to them has a couple and also was more into the story.I must say i loved that some of their problems got resolved in a some what decent fashion and i really hope that everything is much better for then in their fictional future. I felt that some things were too much , Explanations weren't enough and things were important were bypassed is the reason that this book didn't get a 5 star rating from me . Even though it was better than the second book , i still felt this wasn't the best the author could do . She started the series on a high note and then it just went down , and my exceptions i guess were a little too high . It was good and i enjoyed myself but i probably wont be keeping this book couple or this in my head has it just wasn't memorable . 

I enjoyed Damien and Nikki , i just didn't love them , i would however loved to read a next book by this author has i feel she is very talented and with the right team pushing her could reach very far . Thanks for giving me the chance to read this book before everyone else.

This book needs major editing ,{Plot needs to be tighten and the flow of the whole story needs work . The author I feel has no clear defining role of the characteristics her characters need or should particularly have . They were all over the place , romance wise and plot wise . The story needs clear lines drawn in order to develop and with his book i could not see the direction it was going in . Instead of the plot being drawn out , i felt this would have been better as a full length novel instead of a novella . All these novellas make no sense to me and i don't really novellas on a daily , so i cannot see myself buying all 8. I would really not have that much interest in the series currently .It would have given more time for the story to develop and for me to see real growth in the characters. Wording and pacing also needs work , everything was a little too 
wish washy and jumbled for me to feel anything of the story or even like the characters . I felt even though the author took inspiration from twilight , she tried to make it into a twilight look a like instead of taking the inspiration and putting a different , fun twist on it . ( Because really BDSM plot lines that have been inspired by twilight have been done by various successful author , and its always the same thing , i really need to see a new spin on it ) . I am so tired of the billionaire guy who is successful and handsome meeting the virgin , pretty girl that is so naive and innocent and she rocks his world figuratively and literally . I need MORE ! Complete substance , grit and meat is what good stories are made of and sadly this was quite lacking in almost all areas.
I can say that the author has a beautiful , passionate way with words that i admire and if she fleshes out all the mistakes in her plot and her story telling got better than i would have a vested interest in looking forward to her novels . I feel this could have been way better.

Highlander Most Wanted (The Montgomerys and Armstrongs, #2) by Maya Banks

I must say i enjoyed every moment of this story. I really enjoy Maya Bank's writing and she really captures how i love that characters entwine . 

Relationship are about sacrifices even if it may destroy the love , It's about love , real true love that surpasses time and hardship.

I really struggled with the contempt I felt at the McHughs , i passionately disliked and hated them . I felt so disguisted at their actions , they deserve to be gutted every men and women . They brought out all my most vicious emotions and i haven't felt that sort of contempt for charcters in the longest while ( Thumbs up to Maya Banks for getting that sort of emotion out of me ) . They were vile , vicious and plain mean and spiteful and if this was real life , they wouldn't like the outcome.

With that being said i loved the Main heroine and hero . I usually always love the hero but the heroine stole the show for me . She had so much resolve after all that has been taken from here and living with that contempt for a year . The hero really sacrificed for the hero and i thought he really cared for her as a person and not just a beautiful commodity ( which all men should learn to do )

This story really stuck with me and i thanks Miss Banks for creating this beautiful work of art .

I Dream of Danger by (Ghost Ops #2) by Lisa Marie Rice

Oh Lord this draagged endlessly for me . I was not connected and i was expecting so much more from this . The author has an annoying repetitiveness where she explains various events from the initial book in almost every different POV . It simply was not needed , I understand this happening at the start of the story but during right until the end was a little too much.

2/3 of the story was unnecessary, I did not get to the good parts of the whole story or understood what the plot line the book was talking about until the last 1/3 which left me confused . I did not feel the book needed that starting , we already knew they hadn't seen each other in 10 years but was it really necessary to go over those 10 years? it would be done better in flash back form instead it was told like it had some great meaning to the story when in fact it did not .

It simply took away from the plot and left me really confused. The plot wasn't tight enough and it did not hold the series together . Also so many different POVS were completely unnecessary , only a few writers can get away with those many different Povs for me ( namely Nalini Singh ) she does multiple POVS beautifully . Sadly i feel Ms Rice will simply need to fix editing and whole lots of mistakes inorder to make this series a success. I will try and read the next book and hopefully i will enjoy it .

Tasting Never by C.M Stunich

Short Review

I had no great feelings about this book . I wasn't connected to any of the main characters . I liked the hero just not enough to make him swoon worthy . I had a big problem with the heroine , she was too whiny and self involved . I know she had issues but i just couldn't see past my dislike of her even her story was told . I'm honestly more interested in the hero's dark past because i feel he's the much stronger character of the two .

In short i will be heading to the next book now and i sincerely hope i fall head over heels with this story

Hypnotic Seduction by Laurie Kellog

I looved this boook , it had the favorite mix of everything i love in a contemporary romance. It was love-able , plain hilarious, the characters were just awesome . I did not get frustrated or annoyed with the direction of the story line , i understood all their choices and i rooted for them in every situation . 

I loved the heroine , she was spunky and gave has good as she got. Her moments were the best and i loved how she explored her sexuality. This book explores the theme of sexuality and how exactly a well endowed women is open to so much criticism and also how society view thin women with a less voluptuous body in a better light. Every women should be comfortable in their skin regardless of the fact they have big boobs ,or thick hips.

I loved the transformation the characters and i loved the direction this story took .This is my first book by the author and i will continue to look out for books from her . She has made her way into my favorites shelves :)

OUT OF CONTROL by Stephanie Feagan

This book had so much potential to be kick ass and great . It fell very far from that mark , everything was too convoluted and mixed up. I could tell the Pov's apart or whether or not their was one main pov . Their was just simply no distinguishing feature. their was just absolutely no badassness or kickassness to make me root for this story . i was fairly bored ,shear forcefulness and because it was an ARC made me finish the book . 
I had so many high hopes and i am majorly i am not able to give this novel a 4 or a 5 stars which says a job well done , but the author needs to go back to the drawing board and improve this one to make everything come together properly. This story really needs a WOW factor and the characters were definitely not it. They were boring , and i thought the hero was gonna be this big ,dangerous, macho alpha on some convert operation . Sadly that was not the case and his back story was equally placid and boring. Their were so many unanswered questions and frankly i was so bored that maybe i missed the answers .

The only good thing i can honestly say is that i applaud the author for the research she did about the oil rig and also about cultures in the East. 

Ultimately this is a 2 star read .

Killing me Softly by Leisl Leighton

I liked this book , liked not loved . I felt it could have been polished a little more , i felt certain things were too repetitive, the romance was not great for me , I didn't understand certain things until the last quarter of the book. I felt information should have been slowly learned instead it was dragged out until the end.

The heroine and the hero did not particularly draw me in , they were both just ok for me . I will probably not remember these characters . The supporting characters were not spectacular to me either except Cat , I liked her . I felt the story would have been better if she had been the heroine. The plot needs to be tightened more in order to let everything flow properly.

Overall this was predictable

Heart of Obsidian by Nalini Singh

I was soo  excited about this book , I love the series and the Ghost is such a mystery. This series goes through alot of changes, and transitioning . This author has done her work brilliantly , the amount of complexity it takes to develop a world like this and write various books with different people , different reasons and completely different powers and have me feel them is just absolutely genius.

Nalini Singh is such a gem and i have felt that way since my friend  first recommended her to me . My love for her started in her Angel series , then i fell in love with Psy-changeling series . Both are mega awesome in their own rights

I especially love that i feel the character's emotions because they are so deep . all of these characters tell a lasting story that ultimately breaks and mends my heart.
This particular was WOW !! everything i  thought it would be and more .  The deep love that she has for me , the deeper love he has for her was truly awe worthy . Their love is always their , swimming around them and i just love how he is always her safe place. Always and forver<3 p="">

The mystery and Identity of the Ghost has been discovered and i loved it. Flawed human being always make the best characters and i can truly say Nalini Singh out-did herself with this one.
I cannot wait to see the further transitioning of the series with the next couple and book.

The Gamble By Kristen Ashley

I  love this book :) it has so many sweet moments, i thought it was so awesome .


this was superb , I'm just in awe of this boook .The emotions that w er portrayed really stuck with me and it makes my day really great to know that i read just a  great book Holden was  the perfect mix of domineering , sweet and attentive .He was attuned to her every need, every girl wants that one guy that will remember all the little things . He always said these little words ('Anything, baby' )which packed a whole lot of  punch for me , it clearly tells the depth  he would for her and their love and that's just beautiful  This really was a good read for me and i appreciate this so much more every time i read it. It shows me KA can write just about anything and its Gold !

Pictures are going to be the best way to describe them . Enjoy :)
